Enrollment Info for Students Coming from Private/Charter Schools
Private/Charter School Students: This is ONLY for students districted to Hoggard.
Pre-Enrollment will be done from April 12th-23rd. At that time, please submit an online enrollment form through this website:

- A complete online enrollment packet will be uploaded: This includes proof of residency, copy of birth certificate, copy of immunizations, copy of 7th & 8th grade grades to date
- A complete course selection form (link provided by your middle school)
Once we receive your online enrollment packet, parents will be contacted by the registrar if more info is needed or by a counselor to confirm we’ve received your course requests and you are good to go. *Note that this may take a few days as we begin to get multiple enrollments at the same time*
If you do not enroll during this time, you will need to wait for our summer enrollment dates TBD
If you are accepted pre-IB (out of Hoggard's district), you can enroll in May TBD
