26-27 SUMMER INFORMATION

26-27 Bus Info

  • If your Hoggard student needs 26-27 Bus Transportation, please click the Transportation link and complete the Request Transportation form.
  • Requests made after July 31st: parents will be responsible for providing daily transportation until mid-September when the Transportation Department sends Bus Passes to Hoggard. 

Mark Your Calendar for August 18th

  • Freshman Parent Orientation Option 1: Parent session from 10am to 11am 
  • Freshman Student Orientation by Last Name: A - L 12pm to 1:30pm and M - Z from 2pm to 3:30pm
  • Freshman Parent Orientation Option 2: Parent session from 4pm to 5pm 
  • Open House for all parents and students is from 5pm to 7pm

Student Schedules

  • Student Schedules will become available closer to mid-August as Counselors will be refining them when they return to campus. 

Parent/Student Portals

  • 26-27 portals are not open yet. Student portals will open when school begins. Parents of newly enrolled students who did not attend a public school in New Hanover County in 25-26 will receive an email with instructions to create a portal. If you do not remember your portal credentials, you may request a password update with this link. 

Annual Update

  • Parents whose students attended a public school in New Hanover County last year will need to complete their Annual Update via their Parent Portal. This provides us with your FERPA choices for the school year and allows you to update your emergency contacts and review all of your household information.
